Here at Bay Ed, we realize that as a non-profit we lean heavily on our community members and our corporate sponsors to support our programming. But we also recognize that support can present in many forms.  Bay County is full of people with big hearts who have something to contribute.  We’re sharing our needs here, and we’d love to team up with you to help us meet the mission to support and promote education in Bay District Schools.

TIME

Mentoring- Bay Ed is always looking for mentors for our Take Stock in Children program. You can “change a life over lunch” by signing up to be a TSIC mentor. You can find more information about Take Stock Mentoring here.

Volunteering- If mentoring isn’t really your jam, consider volunteering for one of our annual events.  We hold three annual fundraisers each year, and we need volunteers for all of them. Students can earn community service hours for their time. We also welcome work groups, youth groups, community clubs, and more to help us put on our events.

TALENT

Do you have expertise in an area that could benefit the Bay Ed Foundation? Opportunities might be available to serve on our Board of Directors. We also engage with community partners who can offer workshops or clinics for our students. Reach out if you think an opportunity might be the right fit for Bay Ed.

TREASURE

Giving to the Bay Ed Foundation is a very convenient way to support our organization. Many of our programs require unrestricted funds in addition to grant dollars to be successful. While our administrative overhead is extremely low, we work hard to provide as many services as possible for our BDS students, teachers, and employees.
